1. Knowledge, Skills, Attitude:

a. Knowledge:

- Vocabulary: The lexical items related to hobbies,health and community

- Grammar - Present simple, present perfect and future simple

 - Imperratives with more and less

b. Skills: Improve their reading , speaking and writing.

c. Attitude: Ss will master the knowledge to do exercise. After revision Ss will master the knowledge to do English test.

2. Capacity is formed and developed for students

- Self – learning capability

- Communicative competence

II. Preparation

1. Teacher: text book, extra board, cassette tape and real objects.

I. Objectives
By the end of this lesson, students can review all what they have learnt in this unit.
1. Knowledge, Skills, Attitude: 
a. Knowledge:
- Vocabulary: the lexical items related to community service and volunteer work.
- Grammar: 	Past simple
	Present perfect
	Use “because” for giving reasons. 
b. Skills: Improve their reading , speaking and writing.
c. Attitude: Ss know how to do volunteer work.

Aims : Ss can talk about community services and volunteer work
Revision: 
- T asks Ss to complete this task in pairs. 
- Ss work in pairs and tell that some words in the box can be matched with more than one verb in blue.
Vocabulary
1. Match the verbs in blue with the correct words in the box.
Key:
Donate: food, books, clothing, blood.
Provide: evening classes, food, care, books, education, clothing, attention.
Help: the community, homeless people, the elderly, the disabled
2. Knowledge formation activities (36’)

Contents
Aims: Ss know when to use the past simple or present perfect.
- Ss complete this task individually. 
- T may ask Ss to explain why the option they choose is suitable to complete the sentences but the other two options are not.
- T asks ss to complete this exercise individually. Then share their answers with a partner.
- Before giving correction, Ask Ss to explain the differences between sentences 2 and 3, and 4 and 5.
- Quickly review the past simple and the present perfect.

Student A is a reporter and student B is a volunteer. Student A asks the questions and writes down student B’s answers. Then swap your roles. Use the following questions as prompts.

Aims: Help Ss revise pronunciation
- T asks Ss to pronounce these words first and correct Ss’ mistakes.
 - T plays the recording as many times as needed.
In order to do this exercise correctly, Ss have to be able to pronounce the words correctly themselves. T may let Ss do it in groups and encourage them to read the words out loud among themselves. Then T checks them as a class and encourages Ss to repeat the words.
